Darwins says Goodbye – Tonight!

The greatest dive bar in the south is closing the doors on the music and ending an amazing ride of good times.

Darwins was always one of my favorite places to go see live music.  As little bar in Marietta, it offered some great sounds. The owner, Ernie Lodato and I became friends over a year ago and I always loved seeing him and the shows he brought to town.

With an great staff of bartenders like Jennifer and Matt, this place was a shoo in for a good time!  There was always dancing, even Ernie would tear up the dance floor if you caught him on a good night :)  New patrons were welcomed like they were part of the Darwin’s family.

But like all good things, it had to come to an end.  This Saturday, TONIGHT,  will be the final show.

If you never experienced Darwins, this is your last chance!  Come and be a part of history, say goodbye to this  venue and wish Ernie well with his new ventures.

Come see the amazing Rod Hamdallah this Saturday night at 9 p.m. and bid farewell to this piece of Atlanta music history.
