The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra will perform with Classical Mystery Tour — a popular Beatles tribute band — at Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park on Saturday, July 21, 2012, at 8:00 p.m. Guest conductor Martin Herman, who provided all of the orchestral transcriptions for the Classical Mystery Tour show, will lead the Orchestra in the all-Beatles program.
The four Beatles look- and sound-alikes of Classical Mystery Tour, who starred in the Broadway show Beatlemania, will recreate the excitement of a Beatles concert by performing more than 20 hits by the legendary British group. The Los Angeles Times called the show “more than just an incredible simulation… the swelling strings and soaring French horn lines gave Saturday’s live performance a high goose-bump quotient… the crowd stood and bellowed for more.”
Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park is a not-for-profit performance venue owned and operated by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. This summer marks the Orchestra’s fifth season at the Amphitheatre.

Tickets for these performances are $35 for a Table Seat, $25 for a Reserved Seat, and $15 for a Lawn Seat. Tickets are available online at atlantasymphony.org and vzwamp.com. Tickets may also be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com, all ticketmaster outlets, and the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office, located in the Woodruff Arts Center at 15th and Peachtree Streets. Box office hours are Monday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Tuesday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Tickets may also be purchased at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre Box Office Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
