Very few times can you say that you enter a theatre where the actors might just tell a very important tale, one about you.

In Winner: The Story of You at Dad’s Garage, that is exactly the set up, as you enter the intimate smaller stage you are scanned.  Then you go through a time portal and are taken into the future.  At that time, someone is chosen from the audience. It turns out that lucky person is a hero of the future.  Unfortunately, because of a book eating monster, the future has lost its history.

So these time fixing future cops come in to seek the truth.  Lead by the sergeant (Christian Danley) accompanied by the science officer (Amber Nash) and the rookie (Randy Havens) they set in motion a set of exercises to jar the history.

What entails is part improv, part live theatre adventure into a hilarious play where the audience is kept on edge to find out the truth. You might not be able to handle the truth, but who would not like to take a spin to share their life on the stage.

Winner: The Story of You is a hilarious futuristic adventure by the crazy kids at Dad’s Garage that will be sure to make you roar with laughter.

Written by Christian Danley and Randy Havens and directed by Kevin Gillese, Winner: The Story of You at Dad’s Garage is running through May 19, for details on this and other shows visit www.dadsgargetv.com or http://dadsgarage.com/
