Brian Collins is a born entrepreneur; he wears many hats in his quest to find the American Dream– producer, engineer, and of course, singer-song writer. His music reflects that same nature- introspective, brutally truthful, but hopeful. His lyrics are uplifting without being saccharine or trite. They are direct, moving and seem to touch the lives of his fans. Brian Collins and his band keep an active performance schedule, traveling the country for over 150 dates a year, mostly in the South-East to the Mid-West. The Brian Collins Band’s debut EP, “Hello Life”, was released in January of 2012 and is now available on iTunes
Best Brothers Band released their second self-titled EP on December 17, 2011, resulting in the boys’ first radio play on Atlanta’s own 99x with numerous plays. After years of juggling demanding day jobs, BBB decided to make 2012 their year, with their fathers wisdom always ringing in their earsL “Pick one thing and do it well, whatever it is.” With over 75 originals crafted, BBB is currently hitting rooms hard around Georgia and the Southeast, bringing their unique style combining rock, pop, country, and newgrass, which can only be explained by seeing a live set and watching the ebb and flow of the sound and resulting crowd reaction. The boys will bring a tear to your eyes with such introspective hits as “Give Me Love” and “Lovely Lady” off their recent release, followed by whiskey shots shootin’ as they rock crowd favorite “Orangutan.” So make sure seeing these Southern boys is in your bucket before you have to say “I knew them when…”
Shawn and Hobby Band is one of Music City’s most popular country-rock bands. Led by Nashville-based recording artists Shawn Lacy and Hobby Weiss, the 4-member band plays over 250 shows a year, primarily in the city’s downtown entertainment district on Broadway at iconic Honky Tonk venues. The group has also shared stages with legendary performers Merle Haggard, David Allen Coe, Phil Vassar, Pat Green, and The Guess Who, among others. Performing original music inspired by rock legends Tom Petty and Credence Clearwater Revival, The Shawn and Hobby Band showcase their use of powerful harmonies, thumping rhythm and styled guitars to create a completely original and unique sound that can be described in three words. Classic Fused Country. Shawn and Hobby Band’s CD is available online at Amazon.com, iTunes.com and cdbaby.com.
