Everyone’s favorite curmudgeon Scrooge (Chris Kayser) is back in Charles Dickens’s classic A Christmas Carol. This is Kayser’s twentieth year acting in this show and his is a masterful actor.

With all the productions of A Christmas Carol around town what makes this production so enjoyable is that this production is told in a traditional style with a diverse group of actors.

The stage is filled with trinkets and swag that easily transforms you to the day of the Scrooge in Victorian England.  The tale reminds you that even an old dog can learn new tricks.  As the Scrooge is taken on a trip to witness three visions, the past, the present, and the future of his Christmas and is simply scared straight.

The happiness of Mr. Fezziwig (Bart Hansard) is contagious as the hope and optimism of Tiny Tim (Morgan Gao).
