Jennifer “JennCity” Arroyo is a sassy Puerto Rican New Yorker (via Washington, D.C) Vocalist/Bassist/DJ/Host/Writer that started touring when she was 14 years old and has been touring the world since. Her former bands include, Open Defiance, SPiNE, Suicide City and most notably, platinum selling all female metal band – Kittie.
Ms. Arroyo is the current Vocalist/Bassist for “JENNCiTY” as well as the Brooklyn based Death Metal / Rock n Roll band, DeMilitia. She also works with various musicians on different collaborations in the studio and her bass and voice can be heard on many albums. She is also the proud Host of the “Exposed Music Festival” which travels around the country looking to help expose some of the best up and coming Metal and Hard Rock Artists in the country.
Jennifer was the first female to be fully endorsed by Warwick Basses (including Amps) and also works with Morley Bass Wah Pedals & Dean Markley. Arroyo runs her own production company, Jenncity Productions in New York City and was featured in the May 2007 issue of Revolver Magazine with her brand of high energy metal n roll she spins.
She recently stared as a houseguest on the hit reality show Big Brother Season 14. She finished in the final 5 out of 16 houseguest.
Ionia is a dynamic melodic rock band hailing from New York City comprised of five socially and economically conscious musicians who are dedicated to their craft and determined to bring their sound to the masses. With powerful songs like The Woodsman and Captain Humility ionia has been gaining national attention and a burgeoning fan base.
Saint Diablo: Touring is the band’s lifeblood, and being known as “tour dogs” is what this band is all about. Sharing their life’s work with a devoted fan base that stretches all over the country, they think of their fans as friends and family. The band has logged as many as 200 shows in a single year, and has supported (or toured with) bands such as Slayer, Drowning Pool, Chimaira, Hatebreed, Devil Driver, Soulfly, Fear Factory, Mushroomhead, GWAR, Flaw, Busta Rhymes, and many others. “Tour, I love being on tour! That’s our life blood,” adds guitarist Justin Adams. “Being on stage and performing for our fans is the grass roots of what we do. The energy, the smell, the taste of being in a packed room with a bunch of metal crazed fans, who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?! The interaction of the fans and meeting new people and hearing their stories all over the country… that’s what I look forward to on tour. It’s about the brotherhood of living in a van with your band mates and the experiences, things you have to overcome.”
