Harvard Square’s historic Brattle Theatre is in the home stretch for its Kickstarter project, and it’s almost there! The funding will install digital projectors and a new HVAC system. With the advent of digital film making, the addition is necessary in order to play the restored classics that the Brattle wants to bring to audiences, as well as new releases.

“Our goal is to preserve this local cultural landmark and ensure that it remains the community resource it has been for nearly 60 years.”
