Q’s Spicy Mango is a sweet sauce with an amazing amount of heat. It has hints of mustard and mango which pair nicely together on anything from chicken to homemade salsa and dips.
Skye’s Sweet Apple Heat is exactly like it sounds. Hot, hot, hot with a side of sweet apple goodness. This is a hit on pork chops, but also goes nicely with a burrito to add a little something extra.
Aisha’s Entitlement Sauce is a blend of blueberries, pineapple, mango and some serious hot peppers. The fans love to dip baked chips in this sauce but it also goes great on burritos, salads and dips.
Each sauce is designed to be used as a condiment. Meaning, you can put it on top of anything you are eating, however the Ervin’s don’t recommend you cook with it. You will only get the heat if you do that, and you will miss all the great sweet flavors. The sauce comes in convenient stackable jars and is filled with 6.4 oz. in each. They sale for $5.50 a jar retail and online.
While there are no plans to add to this family size, there are plans to add the other sauces later this year and into 2015. The other sauces to look for are Timmy Unleashed, Get Mo Movin’, Muffin’s Secret Ginger (for Tiara), and Seriously Miles?
Go ahead and join these cool kids. Hot and spicy is where it’s at! This is SAUCESOME!!!!
